Games :
I don't understand the rules of the game I bought
You can check the written rule that is in the game or simply watch the video explaining the rules. All new games have a QR code leading to a full video.

I lost the rules of the game, what should I do?

I would like to sell your games in my store.
We are delighted that you want to reference our games. You have different ways:
- Request the specific purchase order at orders@playtopla.com

Payments:
Is my payment secure?
Topla uses a completely secure online payment system, your confidential data is transmitted in encrypted form directly to your bank, when you finalize your order, a padlock will appear in your browser indicating that the transaction is secure.
Where can I find my invoices?
For each order, you will receive a summary email with your order number. In addition to this, you will receive an email confirming your online payment. If you wish to receive a new invoice, send us an email to orders@playtopla.com.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card: our online payment system is completely secure! Otherwise you can also pay by administrative mandate. You can consult the Communities and Associations page to find out more or contact orders@playtopla.com.
Can we pay in installments?
No, payment is made in one go when confirming the order.
Delivery:
Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We ship to almost all countries. If you want to ship outside of Europe, the United States or Canada, the best thing to do is to send us an email to check the feasibility of shipping.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Check the Colissimo tracking number that you received by email when the order was shipped. If the product is being delivered but has a problem due to an address issue, it is your responsibility to contact your nearest post office directly.

I received a broken/defective product?
You have 2 days after receiving the product to report it. It must also be returned within 14 days of receipt. A new product will then be sent to you while stocks last. If it is no longer available, the amount debited from the card used for payment will be re-credited, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned product.

We regularly publish new games from authors. Consult the page "You are a game author" for more information before contacting us.
I would like to have free games for the raffle (party, event) of my school/university/association.
Topla does not distribute games for free. We invite you to contact your favorite game store to discuss a partnership.
