Here is our process for placing your order as a community:
- request a quote by completing the form below or by writing to Laura at the following address: orders@playtopla.com
Specify the name of the games you want to order as well as the quantities per game, the name of the community, its address, a contact email and the name of the person in charge of the order. The quote will be sent to you quickly.
- Once our quote has been sent, we await your return purchase order with the commitment number.
Remember to indicate the precise delivery address as well as the name of the recipient in charge of receiving the package. Packages without a designated person may be lost in a community.
- Your order will then be prepared in our logistics warehouse and will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a first email confirming your order and a second email when your order is shipped, with its tracking number.
- When your order is received, we submit the invoice to Chorus Pro for payment.
No, because the amount indicated on the internet for delivery corresponds to an order paid immediately by bank card on the e-commerce site and not going through the administrative circuit specific to communities.
Yes, we apply a flat rate of €28 excluding VAT including postage and administrative costs related to processing by communities.
Yes, it is possible to pay by bank transfer before the order is shipped. In this case, the flat rate costs are those shown at the shopping cart level in our online store.
