Outside the Schengen Area, all orders are subject to taxation. TOPLA is not responsible for these charges and has no control over their amount.
Delivery times
- We ship packages within 48 working hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- In mainland France, GLS guarantees delivery within 2 to 4 days. Outside the Schengen Area, parcels are subject to customs checks which may delay delivery, and over which TOPLA has no control.
- Outside the European continent, the average delivery time is 3 weeks to 1 month.
During transit, for deliveries outside of France, the status will not be updated. We encourage you to regularly check its progress using the tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order, and which you can also find in your order history.
