Outside the Schengen area, all orders are subject to tax. TOPLA is not responsible for these charges and has no control over their amount.
Delivery times
- We ship packages within 48 working hours following validation of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- In metropolitan France, Colissimo guarantees delivery within 2 to 4 days. Outside the Schengen area, parcels are subject to customs checks which may slow down delivery, and over which TOPLA has no control.
- Outside the European continent, the average delivery time is 3 weeks to 1 month.
During the transit of the package, for a delivery outside France, the status will not be updated. We invite you to regularly check its progress using the tracking number that will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped, and that you can also find by consulting the history of your orders.
