The history of TOPLA
In 10 years, Topla has evolved a lot!
Created in 2014, Topla was then called "Déclics et des Trucs" and offers games and activity kits to help children better understand maths and geometry.
Then the brand became Topla and became interested in other social issues such as gender equality and launched a range of games to combat stereotypes, adopted as much by parents as by teachers and associations.
In 2019, Topla became a publishing house and published Sexploration, a range of games designed and illustrated by a young author on the subject of sexuality and consent.
Today Sexploration is broadcast in Europe in its international version.
In 2022, Topla is firmly committed to a responsible manufacturing approach to reduce its environmental footprint. Its games are now Eco-Friendly.
Topla continues its evolution and is launching a new category of games for everyone at the end of 2024: "Positive Energy and Mental Agility" because this is also what it takes to change the world.

OUR AMBITION: TO MAKE YOU PLAY TO CHANGE THE WORLD!
TOPLA creates, develops and publishes beautiful card or board games, eco-friendly, respectful of everyone and the planet, to spend fun and quality moments with family or friends.
Our offer is divided into four collections of games aimed at the greatest number of people:
- “Positive Energy and Mental Agility”: from 7 years old
- “Inclusivity and consent”: from 4 years old
- educational games: from 4 years old
- party games for the whole family and friends
Publishing house
Since 2019, Topla has been publishing game authors. Editorial choices, talent discovery, author support, production and manufacturing, distribution and promotion, environmental and ethical commitments. Topla supports the selected projects, in all their stages to lead them to success.
Sexploration is in 2019 the first author project published by Topla and today it is a tremendous success that has crossed national borders.
Game creation
Topla creates games for all audiences and also specific games for companies. "Serious games" are great educational tools for a project specific to each organization, such as advancing diversity, promoting equal opportunities, fighting sexism or supporting change in minds and processes.
Eco-responsible production
Our games are produced in Europe CEE in an eco-responsible factory built in 2020, with for example solar panels, rainwater recovery, reduction of consumables and waste and other actions aimed at limiting the impact on the environment.
Our factory has chosen ethical and responsible sourcing of its raw materials and respect for fundamental human rights for its staff. The paper comes from sustainably managed forests (FSC). The inks are vegetable-based. The health and well-being of each team member is assessed and sought after.
Our games benefit from the Ecofriendly label.
2014
The company "Déclic et des Trucs" is launched to create educational games for children around maths. Release of the TOP range.
2018
Release of the first games in The Moon Project range on gender equality.
2019
Launch of the TOPLA publishing house: “games to change the world” for all audiences and for businesses.
2019
Edition of the 1st version of the Sexploration range in French.
2020
TOPLA develops its first business games for prestigious clients.
2022
Edition of the 2nd version, international 4 languages, of the Sexploration range.
2022
TOPLA chooses eco-responsible production and launches its first Eco-friendly labeled games.
2023
Topla is distributed in Switzerland and New York City! Topla receives the "Ecopublischer 2023" and "Toys Go Green" awards for its eco-responsible commitment.
2024
TOPLA's new art game "Ze Bestioles" is featured in the PopStore selection at the international "Museum Connections" show.
2024
Launch of the “Positive Energy & Mental Agility” collection with 2 new games Catorcat and Summer 1960.
2025
