A favorite prize for Topla!
Topla wins the favorite prize of the REPRESENTe challenge of the Union des marques.
This challenge is organized to reward and highlight practices implemented to combat stereotypes in brand communication .
The jury was chaired by Sylvie Pierre-Brossolette, Member of the High Council for Equality between Women and Men, Fondation des femmes and was composed among others of Brigitte Grésy, the President of the High Council for Equality between Women and Men, Carole Modigliani-Chouraqui, Project Manager at the State Secretariat responsible for Equality between Women and Men and Marion Vaquero, the creator of the account @PepiteSexiste.
In front of this jury of specialists in equality issues in different environments, Topla presented his way of approaching communication . At Topla, communication is a place where questions of representation and inclusion are essential .
Women, men, different disabilities, all skin colors, ... everyone must feel represented in games as well as in communication, that's what Topla thinks!
The Jury Prize goes to Mattel for its The Dream Gap Project campaign, a global campaign that encourages the empowerment of little girls.
Mattel and Topla collaborated this year, and together they created the Barbie Mistigri . The principle of this game: 20 Barbies, 20 jobs to inspire children by showing them that there are no limits to their dreams!
